Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and roughly dice. Put in a saucepan with cinnamon and cover and let simmer for 10 minutes over a moderate heat. Then puree the apples and mix with the cream cheese.
  2. Chop the chicken breast very finely and add it along with the horseradish. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and let steep for about 1 hour.
