Cut into the chicken breast to make a pocket, open it, season well on both sides.
Crumble the sheep`s cheese into small pieces. Quarter the tomato, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces, as well as the zucchini. Add to the sheep`s cheese, season everything well and mix.
Pour the mixture into the pockets of the chicken breast, wrap well with 2 slices of bacon. Sear it well in the pan and let it steep.
You can cook a sauce from the gravy and add rice.
We usually only have this in the barbecue season, which is why we like it best.
