Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the chilli salt and fry on all sides together with the chopped garlic in a pan with clarified butter.
Cut 6 tomatoes into slices and 2 tomatoes into small cubes. Pour the cremefine, cream and a cup of water into a measuring cup and stir in a pack of cream sauce powder. Mix in the chopped tomatoes. Pour the sauce into a large baking dish. Spread the fried chicken breast fillets on the sauce and sprinkle with the chopped basil. Place 4 tomato slices on each fillet, mix both types of cheese and sprinkle generously over the tomatoes.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 160 ° C hot air.
I recommend rice and a mixed salad as a side dish.
