Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and season the fillets with salt and pepper, fry for 3 minutes on each side. Add the shallots and fry for another 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, Worcester sauce, chicken stock and cook for another 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley. Now pour the brandy over it and flambé. To do this, light the brandy with a long matchstick.
