- Cover the chicken breast fillets, salt and pepper with two sage leaves each. Wrap with two slices of ham.
- Heat the oil and sear the chicken breast fillets on both sides, then switch down and finish cooking. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
- Deglaze the stock with Marsala and stir in the creme fraîche. Season the sauce again with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and fresh salad.
