Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 slices ham, smoked
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche or sweet cream
  • 4 tablespoon Marsala
  • 4 sage leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cover the chicken breast fillets, salt and pepper with two sage leaves each. Wrap with two slices of ham.
  2. Heat the oil and sear the chicken breast fillets on both sides, then switch down and finish cooking. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  3. Deglaze the stock with Marsala and stir in the creme fraîche. Season the sauce again with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and fresh salad.
