We often use this method of cooking chicken breast in nature. While the chicken is marinated, prepare the coals. As a result, the grilled breast is not dry, aromatic and of course tasty. And most importantly, cooking is a pleasure – simple and fast!
Cut the chicken breasts across into 7-10 mm thick pieces.
Mince the 4 garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the minced garlic, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste, and ground red pepper to taste. Stir until evenly coated.
Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for 30 to 40 minutes.
Preheat a charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill. Grill each side for 5 to 6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F).
