Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then fry them in a hot pan with a little fat until they are crispy. Then take the chicken breast strips out of the pan and keep warm. Throw away the fat and roast the pine nuts in the pan. Then deglaze the roasted pine nuts with balsamic vinegar and add honey.
