Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 4 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 250 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then fry them in a hot pan with a little fat until they are crispy. Then take the chicken breast strips out of the pan and keep warm. Throw away the fat and roast the pine nuts in the pan. Then deglaze the roasted pine nuts with balsamic vinegar and add honey. Let the sauce reduce a little while stirring and pour over the chicken breast strips.
  2. Danger! Do not let it boil down for too long, otherwise the sauce will turn into candy.
  3. This goes well with rice and salad.
