Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Wash the sage leaves and place a sage leaf on each side of the meat. Wrap a slice of Parma ham around each piece of chicken and secure the ham and sage leaves with a wooden toothpick.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the chicken breasts on each side over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
