Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces, season and roll in flour. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously in portions.
  2. Take out and simmer the roast set with sherry and stock. Add thyme and garlic, reduce everything a little and heat the olives with the meat in them.
