A chicken burger is a dish that can quickly satisfy your hunger. Such a multi-layer sandwich can be prepared with a wide variety of fillings, but today we will focus on chicken meat. It is tasty, satisfying, and affordable.
Chop the Peking cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers into thin slices.
In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with sugar, cumin, salt to taste, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well and let stand for 15 minutes.
Slice the chicken fillet and pound lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 74°C / 165°F), about 2-3 minutes per side.
Toast the bun halves in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Spread yogurt on each bun half.
Layer the marinated vegetable salad and fried chicken on the bottom bun half, top with sliced cheese, and cover with the top bun half.
