The originality of this recipe is that the salad contains an apple, which at first glance does not quite combine with Chinese cabbage, chicken and eggs. The dressing is no less original dressing made of sour cream, mustard, honey and garlic. But, I dare to assure you, you will be satisfied with the result. Personally, I was surprised and conquered by this salad with chicken, Chinese cabbage and apple!

  2. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 25 minutes. Remove chicken fillet from broth and cool. (If you have time, it is better to cool the meat directly in the broth – this will keep it juicy.)

  4. Peel and dice the eggs.
  5. Chop Chinese cabbage thinly.
  6. Peel the apple and grate on a coarse grater.
  7. Peel the onions, cut into very small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  8. In a large bowl, combine Chinese cabbage, chicken, eggs, apple, and onion.
  9. For dressing, combine sunflower oil, liquid honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and salt passed through a press.
  10. Stir the dressing ingredients until smooth.
  11. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly again.
