- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillet, then cut into 1 cm thick slices.
- Place each slice between plastic wrap and pound gently with a meat mallet until slightly flattened, taking care not to break the meat.
- Pour 2 tbsp milk into a bowl, add 2 eggs, and beat until smooth. Gradually add 2 tbsp flour while beating until smooth.
- Grate 100 g processed cheese, add to the batter, mix until combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
- Dip each chicken slice in the batter to coat both sides, then place in the hot oil.
- Fry 3-4 minutes on the first side until golden brown. Flip and fry 3-4 minutes on the second side until the chicken reaches 74 °C (165 °F) internally.
- Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
