According to this recipe, we do not bread the chicken fillet chops, do not fry, but bake them in the oven! To keep the baked chicken chops juicy, marinate the meat beforehand.
If the chicken fillets are frozen, defrost them completely.
Finely chop 4 garlic cloves. Mix them with 50 g mayonnaise, 40 g honey, mustard to taste, ground red pepper to taste, ground black pepper to taste, ground paprika to taste, salt to taste, and 30 g vegetable oil to make a marinade.
Cut each chicken fillet into layers and gently pound to flatten.
Coat each chicken piece densely with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it lightly with vegetable oil. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on top.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) using the bottom heating element for 10 minutes.
Switch to grill or broiler mode and continue baking for 10 minutes more until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F).
Serve hot with sauces, fresh herbs, or pickles as desired.
