Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into very small pieces and cook in the vegetable stock until cooked. Remove the chicken from the broth and let cool.
  2. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
  3. Mix the chicken, peaches and spring onions in a bowl with the sour cream. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Let it steep a little and then best enjoy with a baguette.
