Remove the peel from the cardamom seeds, place in a mortar and mash. Now put all the ingredients together in the mortar to the cardamom seeds and pound well.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place in a can or a freezer bag with the oil. Now you can mix the spices with the meat and let everything stand for 45-60 minutes.
Put everything in a pan (not on the highest setting, otherwise the spices will burn and it tastes bitter) and fry until done.
