Chicken feed is a traditional Indian dish, which is a stew of chicken or vegetables in a special way. An important aspect of Indian food is the complex composition of spices and cream, which gives the meat a special, delicate creamy taste.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, 0.5 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon zira, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon cloves, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1-2 teaspoons ground coriander, and black pepper to taste. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft and the spices are fragrant.
Cut 500 g chicken breast into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally, about 5-7 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste and 250 ml cream to the pan.
Stir to combine all ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
