One of the easiest and quickest to prepare, but at the same time incredibly tasty and everyone’s favorite dishes is chicken fillet in sour cream. Ideal for a quick but tasty lunch or dinner.
Put butter in a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, add spices to taste, and heat over medium for 1-2 minutes until butter melts and spices become fragrant.
Add the coarsely chopped chicken fillet and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally.
Add the coarsely chopped onion, stir, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Remove from heat. Add sour cream, finely chopped garlic, and spices to taste, then stir until combined.
Return to medium heat, gradually add the water, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add fresh cilantro, stir, and cook over medium heat for 2-5 minutes until sauce reaches desired consistency. Remove from heat and serve.
