Chicken Fillet in Sour Cream Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700 Grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream – 500 grams
  • Water – 200 Milliliters
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 5 Cloves
  • Fresh cilantro – 25 grams
  • Salt – – To taste
  • Spices – – To taste

Chicken Fillet in Sour Cream Instructions

  1. Put butter in a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, add spices to taste, and heat over medium for 1-2 minutes until butter melts and spices become fragrant.
  2. Add the coarsely chopped chicken fillet and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally.
  3. Add the coarsely chopped onion, stir, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
  4. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, finely chopped garlic, and spices to taste, then stir until combined.
  5. Return to medium heat, gradually add the water, and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add fresh cilantro, stir, and cook over medium heat for 2-5 minutes until sauce reaches desired consistency. Remove from heat and serve.
