- Salt and pepper the chicken fillet tips. Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut together.
- Turn the fillet tips first in the flour, then in the egg and finally bread in the coconut-sesame-bread mixture.
- Fry either in the pan or in the deep fryer.
- We like to eat pasta salad with it. Also very popular on birthdays. It also tastes great cold.
