  • 400 g chicken fillet (s) (tips)
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 25 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken fillet tips. Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut together.
  2. Turn the fillet tips first in the flour, then in the egg and finally bread in the coconut-sesame-bread mixture.
  3. Fry either in the pan or in the deep fryer.
  4. We like to eat pasta salad with it. Also very popular on birthdays. It also tastes great cold.
