Ingredients

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 500 g chicken fillet tips
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 175 g cream cheese, 5% absolute fat
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped spice mixture, (chicken seasoning)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Oil, e.g., rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken fillet tips in a bowl and add the soy sauce. The meat should be well covered everywhere, but not swim in a puddle. Add the chicken seasoning, garlic powder and paprika powder and mix well. Cover and leave to marinate.
  2. Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into coarse strips. Roughly chop the onion. Put on a large saucepan with salted water, add the savoy cabbage, onion and bay leaves and cook for about 30 minutes. Then drain in a sieve and remove the bay leaves again. Put the savoy cabbage in a saucepan, add the cream cheese and grained vegetable stock, heat slowly while stirring and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillet tips for about 10 minutes. Arrange a bed of savoy cabbage on a plate and drape the meat on it.

  5. In my opinion, side dishes are absolutely not necessary, but boiled potatoes or simply a good mixed rye bread go very well with them. A fried egg on top is also suitable as a special extra.
