  • 350 g pork fillet (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ Metaxa
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Clean and wash mushrooms. Halve or quarter large mushrooms if necessary. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the peppers and mushrooms in it and remove them. Fry the meat vigorously in the roasting fat. Add paprika and mushrooms. Stir in the Metaxa and tomato paste and bring to the boil. Stir in the creme fraiche, season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. We like to make french fries with it. But noodles or rice also go well.
