- 1 pork fillet (s) (approx. 800 g)
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 100 ml cream
- 200 g cream cheese (natural or herbs)
- salt and pepper

- Cut the fillet into 8 pieces, season with salt, pepper and fry in oil. Then remove from the pan and wrap each slice in bacon.
- Clean the spring onions and zucchini and cut into thin rings or slices. If the zucchini is too big, cut the slices in half. Braise in the fat.
- Put the zucchini and spring onions in a baking dish and place the fillet on top. Warm up the cheese and cream, season and pour over it. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
