Coconut Sweets (with Sesame Seeds)

Fragrant moderately sweet coconut sweets with sesame seeds have a delicate texture and keep their shape well. Natural homemade sweets are a delightful gift to put in a box and give to your mom or girlfriend.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk – 200 ml (250 g)
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Coconut flakes – 100 g
  • Sesame – 30 g

Directions

  1. Cooking ingredients for coconut sweets with sesame seeds.
    Pre-fry the sesame seeds in the oven or in a dry skillet.
  2. How to make coconut candies (with sesame seeds):
    Spread the butter in a saucepan (with a thick bottom) and melt over low heat.
  3. Add condensed milk.
  4. We heat the mass, stirring constantly so that the components combine and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  5. Add coconut flakes (80 grams).
  6. Add toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Cook the mass for 10-12 minutes, stirring constantly (required!) Until it thickens.
    Leave it for 20-30 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
  8. We form small round coconut candies from the cooled mass.
  9. Roll the sweets in the coconut flakes (20 grams), roll the chips on all sides.
  10. Coconut sweets with sesame seeds are ready. We store homemade sweets in the refrigerator.
