Homemade Loaf with Sesame Seeds

Let’s tinker a bit with the test, but it’s worth it. To taste, such a homemade loaf, like a loaf.

Cook: 2 hours

Ingredients

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Milk (or water) – 150 ml
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Sesame (for sprinkling) – to taste
  • Yolk (for lubrication) – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Knead the dough of all the ingredients, leave it in a warm place for 2 hours to come up.
  2. Knead the dough, form a loaf, make cuts, and place on a greased baking sheet. Leave the loaf for 30 minutes to come up.
  3. Turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Beat the yolk. Grease the bread with an egg – and into the oven. Place the baking sheet on the middle shelf. Bake a homemade loaf in the oven for 40 minutes, until browning.
  4. Remove the loaf from the oven, grease with plenty of hot egg again, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can eat a loaf with sesame seeds in half an hour.
