- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons honey, more liquid
- 2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Coarsely grate the carrots. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat for a few minutes. For the marinade, stir the garlic, honey, mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper vigorously with the whisk.
- Pour over the carrots together with the sesame seeds and mix well. Let it go for a while.
