Champignon Salad with Green Beans and Sesame Seeds

This unusual dish will not take long to prepare. Green beans salad fried with mushrooms turns out to be very light, tasty and will serve as a great addition to many different side dishes. In addition, this salad is suitable for fast meals.

Ingredients

  • Green beans (frozen) – 220 g
  • Fresh champignons – 200 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • White sesame – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion, and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Wash the champignons, cut into slices about 2 mm thick.
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the skillet with the onion and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes. The released juice should evaporate, and the mushrooms should brown a little.
  5. Add the green beans to the skillet. Peel the clove of garlic, chop finely and add to the pan. Season with salt and add black pepper. Stir. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad. Ready-made champignon salad with green beans and sesame seeds can be served immediately after cooking or cold.
