- 100 g beans, reen
- Salt water
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds, white
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Cut off the ends of the beans and place in boiling salted water for a few minutes until the desired firmness is achieved. Then rinse in cold water, dry very well and cut in half. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan for one to two minutes without adding any oil, until toasted aromas develop. Then immediately pound in a mortar.
