Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of the beans and place in boiling salted water for a few minutes until the desired firmness is achieved. Then rinse in cold water, dry very well and cut in half. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan for one to two minutes without adding any oil, until toasted aromas develop. Then immediately pound in a mortar. When the consistency is reminiscent of a paste (not too much!) And there are still pieces of sesame in it, add the oil, soy sauce and sugar and stir. Then mix the marinade with the beans. Goes well with fish!
