Ingredients

  • 600 g beans, reen (frozen)
  • 3 large onions, peeled and diced
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled, finely chopped
  • 250 g bacon (Vespers bacon, smoked bacon, black and white narrow side), cut into small cubes
  • 200 g sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 large chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, colored, from the mill
  • Clarified butter
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon cubes in clarified butter. Brown the onion cubes in it, dust with paprika powder and sweat lightly. Add beans and mix well. Spread the garlic cubes and chopped chilli on the beans.
  2. Put the lid on and stew / stew. A little water to go with it. Fold in the sour cream. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
