Cheese Sticks with Sesame Seeds

Cheese sticks with sesame seeds, made from ready-made puff pastry, are a quick addition to a salad, or just a separate snack.

Ingredients

Directions

To make sesame cheese sticks, defrost the puff pastry first.
Cut the dough into strips, about 2 cm wide.
Line the strips on parchment or foil. Brush with beaten egg and salt.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top (finely grated). Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cheese sticks with sesame seeds come out delicious, crispy.
