  1. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. We combine cottage cheese, cheese and an egg. Salt to taste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add half the flour and start kneading the dough.

  5. Add the remaining flour little by little and knead until the dough gathers into a lump. You may need a little less or a little more flour, depending on the moisture content of the curd.
