Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Layer in an ovenproof dish and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Scatter 75 g of cheese on top. Pour in the whipped cream.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes.
  3. Grate the carrots and mix with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Wash the meat, pat dry and turn in flour. Fry in hot oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the carrot and Landana grated on the fillets. Place 2 slices of bacon on top.
