- Mix the quark, yoghurt, diced paprika and spring onions and season with salt, pepper and ajvar.
- Cut the meat into thin slices. Mix with oil, gyros spice and garlic and let steep for about 1 hour.
- Fry the meat vigorously in a coated pan without additional fat. Add onions and fry briefly. Finally add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with rice or flatbread.
