Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, diced paprika and spring onions and season with salt, pepper and ajvar.
  2. Cut the meat into thin slices. Mix with oil, gyros spice and garlic and let steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Fry the meat vigorously in a coated pan without additional fat. Add onions and fry briefly. Finally add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with rice or flatbread.
