Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Do the same with the basil.
Spread the basil evenly on the ham slices. Season the fillets with pepper and roll them into the ham slices. Place the seam down in a baking dish.
Mix the cremefine with the sauce thickener, tomato paste, mustard and, carefully, salt, as the ham is usually quite salty, and sugar and pour the sauce over the fillets.
