Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the meat vigorously on all sides for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Put the meat, tomatoes and spring onions in a baking dish.
