- 4 chicken breasts
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 0.25 ¼ pot basil
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 125 g mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Herb butter

- Wash the meat and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the meat vigorously on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Put the meat, tomatoes and spring onions in a baking dish.
- Pluck the basil leaves, wash and finely chop. Bring the cream to the boil in a saucepan. Stir in the processed cheese and let it melt. Then season with salt and pepper, stir in the basil. Put the sauce in the baking dish.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the meat. If you want, you can put herb butter on the meat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 175 - 200 ° C (convection) for approx. 30 minutes. Rice or hash browns go well with this.
