Ingredients
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 500 g mozzarella or balls
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot (s), does not necessarily have to be
- Lemon juice
- 170 ml olive oil
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- basil
- salt
- pepper

- I puree the ingredients for the marinade.
- The cocktail tomatoes are pecked with a toothpick.
- Either cut the mozzarella into small pieces or use the finished balls.
- Mix everything and let it steep. Just keeps getting better!
- Visually it is a little different, but very tasty.
- Serve garnished with basil leaves!
