Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- Rose water (salt water)
- 400 ml sauce (Italian pasta sauce)
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 200 ml cream
- 75 g ham, diced
- 125 g mozzarella
- 200 g cheese (Edam), rated for sprinklin
- 4 tablespoon basil, preferably fresh

- Cook the macaroni in salted water until cooked. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove and peel them. Then roughly dice. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
- Mix the pasta sauce with the cream, tomatoes, ham and basil and bring to the boil briefly. Leave some basil for decoration.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and put some of it in a baking dish. Place a few mozzarella slices on top of the pasta, then again pasta and again mozzarella, etc., on top of pasta.
- Finally, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 ° C. Arrange on plates and then sprinkle with a little basil.
