Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 0.75 liters ¾ water
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • lots salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic, fresh or powder
  • some oil or fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat, season well with salt, pepper, paprika and possibly garlic. Pour in the water and stir in the tomato paste. Then let it boil briefly.
  2. In the meantime, place the raw macaroni in a baking dish, halve the tomatoes (dice for large tomatoes) and spread over the pasta. Pour the minced meat sauce over the pasta and spread the creme fraîche over it.
  3. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 170 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. A mixed salad tastes best with it.
  4. A little tip: The creme fraîche is easier to distribute if the mug (without lid) is briefly heated in the microwave at low power.
