- 250 g pasta (macaroni)
- 200 g minced beef
- Oil, for frying
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled
- 50 ml milk
- 50 g cream cheese
- 200 g sheep cheese
- salt and pepper

- Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the ground beef in a little oil until crumbly. Pour peeled tomatoes on top, add milk and cream cheese and let everything simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish and spread the tomato and minced meat sauce over it. Put the sheep`s cheese crumbly on the pasta mixture. Place in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for 10 minutes until the sheep`s cheese has melted a little.
