Ingredients

  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • Garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly herbs Provence, if necessary

Instructions

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes. Then cut into slices and layer in a baking dish. Now pepper and salt (sprinkle herbs from Provence on top if necessary). Clean and dice the peppers and place on the potatoes. Place the canned tomatoes on top of the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and fry them together with the minced meat in a small pan. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic. Also put in the mold.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the sour cream and season as required (e.g. with herbs from Provence). Pour the sauce into the mold and mix in. Crumble the sheep cheese on top.
  4. Cook the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
