Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • Salt water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 40 g butter or mararine
  • 30 grams flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. Peel the onions and garlic. Dice the onions and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and cinnamon. Stew everything for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg and mix with the breadcrumbs into the mince.
  3. For the sauce, heat some fat and sweat the flour in it. Deglaze with milk. Boil once. Season with salt and pepper and mix with egg yolks.
  4. Grease an ovenproof dish, put the pasta in the dish, sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese over it. Layer the meat mixture on top, pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes.
