Ingredients

  • g 1,300 broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g pasta, penne or lare macaroni
  • g 1,000 minced meat (ham fillet)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato paste, small
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 600 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets in a little water for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry for 10 minutes until brown. Season to taste with tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika. Add half of the sour cream to the minced meat, stir well and fry again briefly. Grate the cheese, grease the baking dish. Put the cooked noodles in the tin, sprinkle the meat, broccoli, sour cream and the cheese on top.
  2. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. The cheese must not burn! If you use a very deep baking dish, you can also make several layers, always starting with pasta and ending with the cheese.
