- 500 g broccoli
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g cheese, rated
- salt and pepper

- Season and fry the minced meat. Divide the broccoli into florets and let it boil briefly in salted water (it should still be bite). Layer the minced meat and broccoli in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the cream with sour cream, eggs, cheese and spices. Pour the sauce over the minced meat or broccoli. Bake at 180 ° C hot air for 30 minutes.
