Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in sesame oil. Add the diced onions and stir again and again until everything takes on a light color. Dust garam masala over it and sweat a little. Deglaze with the tomatoes and stir in the peanut butter as well. Add enough vegetable stock to make a nice sauce. Season to taste with pepper and chilli flakes. If the broth wasn`t very salty, add salt to taste if necessary. Simmer everything together until the chicken is cooked.
Sprinkle freshly cut parsley over the top before serving. Rice, millet, Ebly or simply baguette go well with it.
