Ingredients
- 450 g chicken breast
- 1 large onion (s)
- 150 g peanut butter or peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- pepper
- Chilli flakes
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in sesame oil. Add the diced onions and stir again and again until everything takes on a light color. Dust garam masala over it and sweat a little. Deglaze with the tomatoes and stir in the peanut butter as well. Add enough vegetable stock to make a nice sauce. Season to taste with pepper and chilli flakes. If the broth wasn`t very salty, add salt to taste if necessary. Simmer everything together until the chicken is cooked.
- Sprinkle freshly cut parsley over the top before serving. Rice, millet, Ebly or simply baguette go well with it.
