Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s), cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon sauce (teriyaki)
  • 1 bunch spring onions, slices
  • 2 carrot (s), thin slices
  • 2 leeks, thin slices
  • 200 g suar peas, strun, cut in half at an anle
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, fine slices
  • 200 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 1 jar peanut cream
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)

Instructions

  1. Cover and marinate strips of the chicken breast fillets in the teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sear the meat in the hot oil, remove it. Braise the vegetables in the same oil for 3-4 minutes. Add peanuts + peanut cream and soy sauce.
  3. Simmer for another 4-5 minutes, add the meat and the lemon juice.
